Waiting for the book to magically appear on my Kindle a couple days from now.
I’m betting Hollywood is scrambling for topical scripts right now. An opportunity?
Bought my copy of ‘Deep State’ yesterday in Waterstones book shop on Deansgate, Manchester, UK. You may be interested to know that your book was filed under (general) ‘literature’ rather than SF. Given a lot of the abysmal dreck that passes for SF these days that may not be a bad thing!
I promised myself that I wasn’t going to start ‘Deep State’ until I’d finished the tome that I was currently reading … but I just had to have a sneaky peak, didn’t I? And now I’m off and, as usual with your stuff, I can’t put the damned thing down. That’s my current schedule shot to hell for the next couple of days.
And when I’ve finished it I might then have to buy an airline ticket and go back to Turkey (hopefully sans military junta).
Heck, my preordered copy arrived from Amazon on Thursday or so.
My pre-ordered copy from Barnes & Noble should be here any day.
I was contemplating saving it for flight reading next week, but not any more…
BTW, I’ve e-mailed Andrew Sullivan’s crew about the book. Hoping that it gets you a little more visibility!
Hell, I just finished Implied Spaces (absolutely loved the “Franz Sandow” homage).
Deep State’s right behind Windup Girl then…
YAY!!!! I am Supporting My Local Bookstore, so hopefully they’ll have my copy soon. 🙂
So very very happy that I don’t have to order mine from amazon.co.uk.
Yay for globalization!!!

I think TINAG would be quite filmable.
Got my copy Friday, started it this morning, and already almost missed a bus stop. And now I’m supposed to work?? My boss may send you a sharp note. 🙂
Still chuckling at “fashion slut.”
