My copy arrived yesterday.
It’s been moved to the top position on my to-be-read list (despite the grumbling of the other books in the list).
I’ve already shared the love on my LJ.
Mine was shipped on Friday, so it should find me here in the boonies today.
I’ve just finished reading it. It’s brilliant, Walter, and up to your usual incredibly high standards. I started the first chapter and then couldn’t put it down until I’d finished it. As usual with your books I had to put the rest of my life ‘on hold’ until I reached the last page.
In a way I’m glad that I started reading it straight away as, for the last couple of days, we’ve actually got some sunshine in Manchester (yes, really!) and there’s a chance of topping up my Vit D levels. If I’d left reading ‘This Is Not A Game’ any later I might have been confined in doors, missed the sunshine, and increased my chances of contracting ricketts.
Oh i JUST got my copy.. i hear it is waiting at home for me know. I wish I could call in sick to work tomorrow and sit home and read it – but since it’s my last day on my job – I’ll have lots of time on the weekend.
Congrats! I cannot wait to start reading when i finally get home tonight.
